This would allow you to determine how you would like to design your home page and your forms. Methodology

During the second session, the trainer teaches you how to use of the most advanced functions of the module so the form becomes fully customized. He or she also teaches you how to fill out a Web form and performs a payment test in order to insure that the module has been installed correctly. If time allows it, the trainer assists the person in training with the creation of a second Web form, if necessary.   • Knowing how to import transactions into ProDon and process declined transactions.



Course of the First Session

1. Configuring ProDon
  • Assignment of access codes to the users of the Online Donation Module
  • Addition of a button in the shortcut bar
  • Verification of the donation occasion configuration


2. Configuring the IMakeAnOnlineDonation Home Page
  • Formatting (colours and fonts)
  • Labels and notes
  • Addition of a logo or a banner
  • Configuration of the importation


3. Configuring the Web Form
  • Difference between a client and a transaction form
  • Configuration of different options and option lists
  • Activation of the transaction and/or commitment section (requires the Prospecting and Commitments Module)
  • Addition of payment methods
  • Addition of notes
  • Configuration of the confirmation e-mail


4. Sending and Viewing on the IMakeAnOnlineDonation Website
  • Status of the "In development", "In test" and "Archived" forms
  • Sending the configuration of the website and the forms to the "Test" website
