Here is some documentation to help you with opening your accounts: click here
Once your new accounts are created, Logilys will automatically receive the information needed to proceed with the setup and will follow up with you.
Special case – if you already have a Paysafe V.1 account
IMPORTANT – If you already have a Paysafe V.1 account
Even if you already have a Paysafe V.1 account, you must still open a new Paysafe V.2 account using the registration form above.
You do not need to contact Paysafe to request a migration or the opening of a new account.
The process must be completed by following the procedure outlined in this document (form + on‑screen steps).
IMPORTANT – Organization name when opening the V.2 account
When opening a Paysafe V.2 account, it is not possible to use exactly the same organization name as the one used for your Paysafe V.1 account.
To avoid duplicates and simplify processing, we recommend adding a special character at the end of the name, for example:
Logilys → Logilys_
This allows Paysafe to recognize that it is the same client and to group the PCI‑DSS requirements together, rather than creating two separate ones (one for each account).
If you receive an additional PCI‑DSS compliance request before your annual renewal, please contact us: we can request consolidation from Paysafe.
Active commitments in Prodon – important notes
If you have active commitments in Prodon, a transition period should be expected between Paysafe V.1 and V.2.
During this transition period, we recommend switching to V.2 payment methods at the following moments:
- When a donor renews their commitment, ask them again for their payment information in order to configure the Paysafe V.2 payment method.
- If a donor’s credit card has expired, you may ask them for their updated information and record it in Paysafe V.2.
- For donors currently using V.1 bank transfers, you will need to contact them to transition to Paysafe V.2.
Closing Paysafe V.1 accounts
Once all commitments have been migrated to the Paysafe V.2 payment method, you may then contact Paysafe to request the closure of your Paysafe V.1 accounts.
PCI-DSS Compliance
Our partner Paysafe, with whom you are a client, requires compliance with the PCI-DSS standard.
This standard applies to all merchants who accept credit card payments. It is therefore essential to comply in order to avoid additional fees imposed by Paysafe.
Please note that Logilys does not intervene in the PCI-DSS process, as we do not handle funds or credit cards. This requirement comes exclusively from Paysafe.
Since we are not a merchant, we cannot complete this questionnaire on your behalf.
However, we do have access to the questionnaire responses depending on its type.
If you would like access, please submit a support request: support@logilys.com
