Visibility in views, filters, tasks, etc.

Introduction

The Logilys' softwares have options to choose what users are able to see or are able to edit. No matter where these options are entered, their functioning is mainly the same.

The "Visibility" tab: "Visible by" and "Editable by" options

The "Visibility" tab allows to get to "Visible by" and "Editable by" options. These options are available for views, filters, personal reports, warnings, text templates and verification lists.

A : The visibility tab usually on the right of the tab line. B : The "Visible by" option allows to choose who can see this. For example, if a view is only visible for the "SUPERVISOR" user, no other user will be able to use this view.
C : The "Editable by" allows to choose who can see this. For example, if a view is only editable by the "SUPERVISOR" user, no other user will be able to edit this view.

The "Accessibility" tab and the "Assigned to" option

The "Accessibility" tab is only available in the tasks.

A : The "Assigned to" option is used for assigning a task to someone. L'option « Attribuée à » sert à attitrer une tâche à une personne. B : The "Visible by" option allows to choose who can see this. For example, if a view is only visible for the "SUPERVISOR" user, no other user will be able to use this view.

L'option « Visible par » permet de choisir qui peut voir cet élément. Par exemple, si une vue n'est visible que par l'utilisateur « Superviseur », aucun autre utilisateur ne pourra utiliser cette vue.

C : The "Editable by" allows to choose who can see this. For example, if a view is only editable by the "SUPERVISOR" user, no other user will be able to edit this view.

L'option « Modifiable par » permet de choisir qui peut voir cet élément. Par exemple, si une vue n'est modifiable que par l'utilisateur « Superviseur », aucun autre utilisateur ne pourra modifier cette vue.

D : The Button add plus.png, Button Edit.png and Button Minus remove delete.png buttons are used to add, edit and remove a user.

Les boutons Button add plus.png, Button Edit.png et Button Minus remove delete.png servent à ajouter, modifier et retirer un utilisateur.
