Performing Data Backup

Save data

Data backup is an essential procedure that should be done frequently and regularly in order to avoid losing valuable pieces of information. No one is safe from computer errors or problems.


Here is the procedure:


  • From the software home page, click on the "File" menu and select "Bouton Sauvegarder les données.png Save data".
  • Click on "File:Bouton crochet confirmer.png Yes" to run the backup utility.
  • The "ProTech-Backup utility" window then opens and the warning procedure engages to notify the other users that their session will close shortly. Next, click on "Bouton Sauvegarder disquette.png Perform backup".
  • Click on the "File:Bouton fermer.png Close" button to close the backup utility.
  • Click on "Button Check mark Confirm.png Yes" to restart the application now.
