Detailed Procedure - Ticketing

Here is a detailed Procedure for setting up online ticketing in Prodon.

Activity Configuration

Create an occasion and add an activity of type “Sales price” for ticket sales.

Enter the ticket sale price.

In the “Participants” tab, check “Activate participant management”.

Add all the ticket types you need.

Web Form Configuration

In Web Forms Management, add or edit a transactional form for ticket sales.

Configure the form as usual.

Add the ticket purchase activity and go to the “Tickets” tab.

Click “Display list of ticket inventories”.

Back Office Configuration

You’ll be redirected to the Backoffice.

Log in with your credentials.

In the ticket inventory section, click “Add”.

“Inventory” Tab

Name your ticket inventory.

Keep “Show QR code on ticket” checked if you want tickets to be scannable.

Enter the total number of tickets (not per type).

Optionally, define the first and last ticket numbers and adjust the minimum ticket number length.
