Entering a commitment by objective |
Introduction
The commitments by objective are really interesting for the clients that wish to commit themselves to something more accommodating. This type of commitment needs more actions for the instalments, but it gives a greater freedom. Usually, the client commits to give the organization an amount of money, but they cannot tell when they will complete it.
Entering a commitment by objective
The transactions linked to commitment by objective are created when getting a payment. This notion applies to commitments needing an action such as processing a cheque.
General
Instalments
There are 3 methods for creating instalments in a commitment by objective: by frequency, by calendar or manually.
Instalment by frequency
This option is used to plan instalments and/or regular amount to be received from the client.
By calendar
This method is used for instalments with variable intervals. For example: $20 on January 12th, $30 on March 15th and $15 on October 2nd.
Manually
This option is used when the user must create all instalments manually.
