==== Methodology  ====

The duration of the training on the E-mail Blast Module is 4 hours long. It is usually done online, for 2 sessions of 2 hours each. 

During the first session, the trainer explains how to use the different functions of the module, then he or she performs a "test" mailing with the person in training. 

During the second session, the trainer assits the person in training with their first E-mail Blast (preparation of the master document and the distribution list and mailing of the E-mail Blast).

*Being able to create a master document with '''''Word''''' respecting certain formatting rules.<br> 
*Being able to create a distribution list.<br> 
*Knowing how to manage subscriptions and unsubscriptions to distribution lists.<br> 
*Being able to perform an E-mail Blast mailing and consult the statistics on viewing and clicking percentages of the E-mail Blast.

Both session deal with the same topics, the first one is more theoritical and the second one is mostly practical.
