1. How do I start setting up ticket sales in Prodon?
Begin by creating an occasion and adding an activity of type “Sales price”.
Enter the ticket price and activate participant management in the “Participants” tab.
2. Can I sell multiple types of tickets?
Yes.
You can add as many ticket types as needed during the activity setup.
3. How do I link ticketing to a web form?
In the Web Forms Management, create or edit a transactional form.
Add the ticket activity, go to the “Tickets” tab, and click “Display list of ticket inventories”.
4. What is the ticket inventory for?
The ticket inventory manages the total number of tickets, ticket numbering, QR code display, and event details.
It ensures proper tracking and customization of tickets.
5. Can I customize what appears on the tickets?
Yes.
In the “Event / Drawing” tab, you can add:
- Event name and location
- Sale start date and event dates
- Description and header image
6. How do I activate the ticket inventory?
After configuring and saving the inventory, make sure to put it into production so it becomes available for use in the form.
7. How do I finalize the ticketing setup in the form?
Back in the form’s “Tickets” tab:
- Click “Refresh list”
- Select the inventory
- Optionally set a ticket limit or reserve tickets
- Configure the “Participant” tab for ticket info
- In the Email tab, right-click and select “Tickets” to insert the download link
8. What happens if I don’t insert the ticket link in the email?
Prodon will automatically include the ticket download link in the confirmation email, even if you don’t manually insert it.
