Create a Ticketing System
What should you do before using the ticketing system for the first time?
You must restart Prodon after creating your first ticket inventory to activate ticketing-related features.
How do you create a ticketing system in Prodon?
Start by creating a “Sales Price” type activity within an occasion.
Enter the ticket price and enable participant management in the “Participants” tab.
How do you integrate ticketing into a web form?
Add or modify a transactional form in the Web Forms Management section.
Add the ticketing activity and configure the “Tickets” tab.
How do you create a custom view for tickets?
Click “Add or Modify a View,” then select fields starting with “Ticket -” (e.g., Ticket - No, Ticket - Holder, Ticket - Used On).
Inventory
What is the ticket inventory?
The inventory allows you to manage tickets available for an event.
You can define:
- Total number of tickets

- QR code display

How do you link the inventory to the web form?

Can I run a draw in Prodon?
Logilys does not hold the license required to offer an electronic draw system.

How do you enable QR code scanning in Prodon?
- Go to “Web Forms Management.”
- Click “Go to Website,” then select “Back-office.”
- Log in with your username and password.
- Go to the “Ticket Inventory” tab.
- Click “Edit” for the relevant inventory.
- Check the box “Display QR code on the ticket.”
What happens once the QR code is enabled?
A unique QR code is displayed on each ticket.
This allows scanning access for staff at the entrance.
How do you share the QR code for scanning access?
Click “Print” to obtain the QR code.
If printing is not possible, share the access link directly with responsible staff.
What should you do after enabling and sharing the QR code?
Save the changes.
Then click “Production” to finalize ticket generation.

Only one ticket inventory can be linked to an activity.
Therefore, if an event requires the sale of two different types of tickets, two separate activities must be created.
Is it possible to limit the number of tickets sold?
Yes.
You can set a maximum number of tickets to sell or reserve tickets for a specific activity.
How do participants receive their tickets?
In the “Email” tab of the form, right-click in the message and select “Tickets” to insert the download link.
Otherwise, Prodon will automatically add it.
What happens when a ticket is scanned?
The ticket is automatically identified.
It is marked as used in the inventory.
The information is sent to Prodon.
How do you view event tickets in Prodon?
By clicking the ticket icon in the participant’s history.
