Introduction

The Online Donation module allows donors to make donations directly through the Web.


In order for donors to make donations, a website must first be created and configured. The creation of the online donation website includes the configuration of the website home page as well as the creation of different Web forms. Each Web form is attached to a donation occasion, so that Internet users can subscribe online to the fundraising activities of the organization, or make a donation directly through the Web.


URL Address of the Web Form

Pour trouver l'adresse URL d'un formulaire Web afin d'insérer un lien pointant directement vers un formulaire Web plutôt que sur la page d'accueil, il faut simplement ouvrir le formulaire Web, puis copier l'adresse URL de celui-ci.

Pour ouvrir le formulaire Web, aller d'abord dans la « Gestion des formulaires Web » de ProDon.

Pour ce faire, cliquer sur le menu « Configuration », puis choisir
« File:Bouton formulaire web.png Formulaire Web ».

Après avoir cliqué sur « File:Bouton formulaire web.png Formulaires Web », la fenêtre suivante s'ouvre.

A : Sélectionner le formulaire pour lequel l'adresse URL doit être trouvée.

B : Cliquer sur le bouton File:Bouton site web production.png, puis choisir l'option « Afficher le formulaire français » ou « Afficher le formulaire anglais », afin d'ouvrir la page du formulaire Web en production.


Après avoir cliqué sur l'option « Afficher le formulaire français » ou « Afficher le formulaire anglais », la page du formulaire Web en production s'ouvre.
