Migration of your data to our servers

Migration Process

Start of the Meeting

  • Our technician, Vanina, will need to coordinate with your IT technician to obtain server access if necessary.
  • The IT technician does not need to be present during the entire process.
  • Vanina will also need the presence of the person responsible for Prodon (you) at the beginning of the meeting.

Data Migration

  • Vanina will transfer your Prodon database from your server to our hosted service.

End of the Migration

Once the migration is complete, Vanina will meet again with the person responsible for Prodon (you) to:

  • Provide the new Prodon access credentials
  • Explain the login procedure
