Introduction
One of the advantages of commitments is to regularly be in touch with your client. The Mass mailing is a tool put to your disposal to help you to maintain this link. With this function, it will be easier to do follow-ups and reminders to your clients for the purpose of keeping them up to date with their commitment to you.
Master Document specification

| For generating a commitment mass mailing, it is required that your Master Document be of "Commitment" type.

Generate Mass Mailing from the commitment file

Click on the  button to launch the Mass Mailing

| A: Allows to select the Mass Mailing options. In this case, you will have to keep the default options because you are on a specific commitment. | B: This where you can select which Master Document you will use to do your document merge. |
| C: Options to generate in Excel (Export to "Excel") or in Word ("Generate" button). | |
Generate the Mass Mailing from Commitments and Prospections history
| You will have to go to the "Analysis" tab, select "History" then select "Commitments and prospections". So this window opens: |
