Introduction
You are able to link one or more transactions already entered in your database to a created commitment.
Il est possible de rattacher un ou des transactions déjà saisies de votre base de donnés à un engagement créé.
How to link a transaction to a commitment
To be able to link a transaction to a commitment, there is only one requirement: the transaction MUST have the same EXACT information than the one entered in the commitment (occasion, activity, GL group, GL, payment method, canvasser, third party client, etc.)
Pour pouvoir rattacher une transaction à un engagement, il faut que cette transaction ait EXACTEMENT les mêmes informations que la transaction entrée dans l'engagement (occasion, activité, groupe GL, GL, mode de paiement, solliciteur, client tiers, etc...)

| To be able to link a transaction to a commitment, go to the commitment file and click on the button [button]
Pour pouvoir rattacher une transaction à un engagement, allez dans la fiche de l'engagement et cliquez sur le bouton frameless|20x20px. If the transaction is recognized by the commitment, you will get a notification of the amount of linked transactions. Si la transaction est reconnue par l'engagement, vous recevrez une notification du nombre de transactions rattachées. |
