Web Update
Presentation
You can check if a newer version of your application is available with the web update tool.If your version is not updated, you can easily perform the update.
Warning: this process involves the shutting down of the application on all the stations that use it.
It should be noted that all the steps are done automatically; you simply need to follow the onscreen instructions.
Check the available version
- From the main menu of your software, select the "Help" menu, then " Web Update".
- You will then be asked the following question:"Do you want to call the update utility now?" Answer "Yes".
- If your version is updated, a message will ask if you wish to "Quit", "Display Beta versions" or "Cancel". Click on "Quit"
- A second message will ask if you wish to restart the application now. Answer "Yes".
- If your version is not updated, you will be able to use "ProTech Web".
