Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) setup |
Introduction
Once you've set up two-factor authentication through our hosted service, you'll have two options for verifying your identity:
- Authentication using an app
- Email authentication
If you've chosen the first option, 'Receive your authentication code via one of the supported apps, including Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Twilio Authy', here's how to set it up.
Download
You will need to download one of these applications from your mobile device's app store (App Store/Play Store).
You may use:
- Microsoft Authenticator
- Google Authenticator
- Twilio Authy
Our Hosting Service Portal
Go to our hosting service portal at: https://login.logilys.com/
Enter your username: C000000_X
Enter your corresponding password.
On your screen, you will see a QR code to scan using your mobile device's authentication app.
Once the QR code has been scanned, enter the 6-digit code to enable two-factor authentication for your hosting service account.
