ProDon Procedure to add a client


Caution : This document is for the ProDon 5 version only.


Introduction

This procedure is the simplified process to add a client in ProDon.

For more detail explanation about Client Management, go to "Client Management".


Add a client

1. Go to Client Management ProDon5 Add client 001.png or Client menu "Clients" / " ProDon5 Add client 002.png Clients"

2. Go to the "Clients" tab

3. Cliquer sur Bouton +.png pour ajouter un nouveau client

4. Inscrire les informations requises pour le client

  • Cocher la case si le client est une compagnie;
  • Inscrire le nom de la compagnie si le client est une compagnie;
  • Inscrire l'appellation, le prénom et le nom si le client est un individu;
  • Saisir les coordonnées du client (adresse, téléphone, courriel, etc.);
  • Ajouter les relations si nécessaire (surtout pour les compagnies);
  • Documenter les caractéristiques et catégories si nécessaire.

5. Une fois que toutes les informations nécessaires sont remplies, cliquer sur Fichier:ProDon5 Ajout client 003.png
