Introduction

The Online Donation Module allows the donors to make donations directly via the Web.

In order for the donors to be able to make donations, a website must first be created and configured. The creation of a online donation website includes the configuration of the website's homepage, as well as the creation of different Web forms. Each Web form is attached to a donation occasion, therefore Internet users can sign up to the organization's fundraising activities, or make a donation directly through the Web.


Moreover, when an Internet user makes a donation or registers to an activity with a Web form, ProDon adds him or her automatically to the database when importing the donations.


Home page and Website Configuration

Prior to creating the Web forms, it is important to configure the homepage and the website. THe homepage contains the list of all the Web forms available to Internet users.

To so so, go to the "Web form management".

Click on the "Configuration" menu, then select "Web form button.png Web forms"




After clicking on "Web form button.png Web forms", this window opens.


To configure the homepage, click on the Configure website button.png button.



Configuration Tab

This tab allows you to customize the appearance of the homepage, as well as a few options of the website. It is possible to choose the colours and writing fonts, to choose the colour of the background and the margins, to add a logo as well as personalized notes, etc.


"Preview" Tab

This tab allows you to customize the appearance of the homepage, as well as a few general options of the Web forms.

After clicking on the Configure website button.png button of the previous page, this window opens.


A: The Colour button.png button allows you to modify the colour of the margin. To view an example of margin, see point A of the "Example of a Homepage" section.

B: The Colour button.png button allows you to modify the colouor of the background. To view an example of background, see point B of the "Example of a Homepage" section.

C: The Colour button.png button allows you to modify the homepage title and the Font button.png button allows you to modify the font of the homepage title. To view an example of title font, see point C of the "Example of a Homepage" section.

D: The Colour button.png button allows you to modify the colour of the form names and the Font button.png button allows you to modify the form name font. To view an example of form name font, see point D of the "Example of a Homepage" section.

E: The Colour button.png button allows you to modify the colour of the form description and the Font button.png button allows you to modify the font of the form description. To view an example of form description font, see point E of the "Example of a Homepage" section.
